Arranged by the ever energetic and well organised Ray Hambling, the vast majority of our regular walking footballers teamed up ahead of the December break with Shipley Petanque Club and the Men’s Shed team to enjoy an excellent Christmas lunch at the Boars Head, Horsham.
Following an active morning of walking football and petanque the good food, wine and excellent company combined to make a great day for over 30 of our members. We plan to hold another of these social gatherings in the summer for the whole club and with partners this could possibly include over 150 people. Who fancies a summer BBQ?
