It should be no surprise that we have so many fit and able footballers of over 50! 35 of them got together on Sunday 15th march, including 9 from the Walking Football division, and played an intense and hard fought match. Blues vs yellows, Trev Evershed vs Andy Chantrill as Managers. Horsham FC main pitch at Hop Oast was the perfect location and although the weather wasn't brilliant a good number of the under 50 Vets and other Walking Footballers came out to support and watch.
For the blues, goals came from Tim Pack, Richard Bramwell scored twice, and Trevor Evershed put away a penalty jut after half time. Yellow goals came from Mark Wint and Eammon Geoghegan.
